Brita Granström was born in 1969. She studied at Konstfack in Stockholm and now lives and paints between the Scottish Borders and Sweden. Brita Granström has appeared on television and radio and her work is in private and public collections around the world, such as the Ruth Borchard Collection. Her Nordic roots are self-evident in work made on location; both indoors and outdoors, in all weathers. Recent exhibitions of her work include Tanner & Lawson in Chelsea and Thompson's Galleries in Aldeburgh and London.
